Tilt House is hiring a Senior Communications Associate to join our growing team.

We are a mission-driven communications agency working across climate, international development, social justice, and the creative industries. Our work focuses on helping experts and organisations communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.

This role is ideal for a confident writer with experience in PR, media, or communications who can manage workstreams independently, produce high-quality content, and contribute to communications strategy. Responsibilities include writing press releases, media pitches, blogs and social media content, supporting communications campaigns, conducting media research, and contributing to proposals and internal knowledge management.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-moving agency environment. Experience with digital platforms such as WordPress and social media tools is helpful, and agency experience is a plus.

Tilt House is a small, collaborative team with a startup mindset and strong focus on social impact. The role offers flexible working and a salary range of £30,000–£35,000.
